I-M Development LLC is responsible for acquiring sites, getting those sites fully entitled for new planned residential communities, then improving those sites to a point where those sites are prepared to be built out with residential dwellings by our publicly traded national homebuilding partners. I-M Development always attempts to create value within a new community by including certain amenities and features into our plans that allows for the future residents of said community to have an enjoyable and efficient living experience for years to come.
Approved and Permitted Build-Ready Sites
Our company focuses on the entitlement process for a development site, which consists of securing all necessary approvals, local & state permits then improving the development site which prepares the site to be built. We typically use private equity funding to secure and develop each site via a single-purpose entity (SPE).

I-M Development LLC is based in Collegeville, PA, but we acquire and develop sites throughout the United States, primarily focusing on development sites in the Mid-Atlantic region and the Southeast region.
